If you send a form, the site may receive your name, email address, a number where you can be reached, your street or neighborhood and anything you write about your basement. They serve two purposes only. One is forwarding your request to a single independent local contractor that serves your area; the other is answering your messages.

Your request goes to that one contractor only. Companies that host the site or carry form messages may process the information purely to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or trade contact lists. We may disclose information when a law, subpoena or court order requires it.

Requests sent through the form are kept with the site's hosting provider, only so they can be forwarded to one contractor, and are deleted 90 days after they arrive.

Server logs may note routine technical details: browser type, which pages were viewed and the address you arrived from. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop the site from working.

Once the contractor has your request, that company's own privacy practices apply to whatever you share with it. Children under 13 should not use the site, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, write through the contact form. Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a new effective date. This policy is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
